Mechanics Australia were not happy with the normal mechanics stereotypes. Mechanics Australia service and maintain fleet vehicles for some of Australia's a largest companies.
The old website was tired and needed reworking. The content of the old site was relevant however the style did not reflect the direction of the business.
The website needed a clean cut and almost corporate feel and the design needed to reflected how the business percieved itself in the market place. The company also wanted fading transitions between pages to give the site that touch of professionalism.The result is a simple yet clean and professional website.
Data Solutions
Mechanics Australia had over 20 years of customer data stored. No real analysis had ever been done to corelate what the business owners knew with actual figures. The Net Effect set up regular reporting and custom built a system that now keeps managers up to date with information and business needs in real time.
Mechanics Australia also required a 2 way sms system to inform there customers if their vehicles were ready and also if they where due for a service. The result has been a very successful and low cost marketing campaign that has had an outstanding return with sms costing lower than 30c each this represents significant return on investment.
